I’m listening right now, and I just wanted to say I think Christian Oth in NYC does a good job with associate photographers (at least from what I can tell on his website). There are eight different photographers, but they all seem to have their own unique approach. Even though it’s a large studio, it feels boutique to me. http://www.christianothstudio.com
